Delete Your Zenimal Account

Request permanent deletion of your Zenimal account from outside the app.

This cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes your user profile, meditation history, device pairings, custom recordings, and any linked subscription records. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your app store or Shopify checkout before deleting your account — deletion does not cancel active billing.

You can also delete your account directly in the Zenimal app: Profile › Delete Account. This public form is provided for the case where you no longer have access to the app.

How this works

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Zenimal account.
  2. We'll email you a one-time verification link (valid for 30 minutes).
  3. Clicking the link will permanently delete your account.

For your privacy, this form responds the same way whether or not an account exists for the address you enter. If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@zenimals.com.
